There is a lot of research being done these days about happiness and the actual elements of happiness. One of the most important of these is doing the things that you love to do, and spending time actually creating the ‘grooves’ of joy in the brain and body. Whatever that may mean for you, it first begins with actually having the intention of happiness. It starts with an inner decision. When we set a sincere intention, we are drawn to the practices and people that support that quality or experience in us.. And so with all our dreams of growth and becoming – they start with intention.
Now is the time to be the change – don’t put off your happiness, don’t delay investing in yourself and what you love and dream of. Magnify your trust and go for it.
