The days are now long and ever hotter here in the Northern Hemisphere, and Solar energy is at its peak. The great thing about it is the quality of the light, radiant and brilliant. We all need this radiance light of the sun to thrive. Our mitochondria literally takes it in as nourishment. Much like plants, our rhythms depend on the rhythms of the sun. Our own radiance is supported by the light of the sun, and the light of our cells depends on it for refueling. We are solar powered here on Earth.
Even though the days may be hot where you are, getting out in the early morning sun for even a few minutes can make a lot of difference to your health and vitality (science does back this up ;).
